 Guy is a freelance theatre director and writer working in the UK and internationally. He grew up in Lancashire and studied Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham.

Guy's work spans a wide range of genres, including new musicals and play revivals, from the Royal Shakespeare Company to the West End. His work has received 25 award nominations.


Current projects include a new production of the musical Bring It On (UK Tour) and a staged-concert version of My Fair Lady (Grange Festival and Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona).

Guy's adaptation of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em embarks on a 3rd tour in 2022. The show, starring Joe Pasquale as Frank Spencer has received an unprecedented 50 four and five star reviews.





Emily Head (The Inbetweeners, Emmerdale, The Syndicate) stars in the world premiere of her self-penned sharp psychological thriller, filmed live in the longest, live, steadicam single-take ever.
